Biden calls for paid time off for vaccinations as U.S. hits 200 million goal

More than 51% of Americans over 18 have received at least one vaccine dose

Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act already entitles workers to paid sick leave, including for getting a vaccination. All Colorado employers during a public health emergency are required to provide employees with additional paid leave, according to the state’s COVID-19 website.
