A new look for Newsline
We made some improvements to our website

Welcome to the renovated Colorado Newsline website.
Newsline’s new look is the result of almost a year of planning and designing, and today we present the results of that work. We are very excited to share it with you.
Our primary goal was to enhance your experience on the site, and the redesigned Newsline is more functional, friendly and accessible.
The site overall has a cleaner look. The flow of news on the homepage is more orderly. The latest items are arranged up top while commentaries, briefs and stories are filed into their own columns lower on the page. Headlines have a weightier font and are easier to read, and the story-text font got a classy upgrade befitting the caliber of journalism produced by Newsline reporters. Previously, stories that were viewed on desktop computers shared space with numerous elements on the right side of the screen. Now they are allowed to live on the full width of the page.
Some of the other changes are subtle functional improvements or aesthetic alterations. But they all reflect Newsline’s growth as a trusted Colorado news source and our constant efforts to better serve readers.
We launched just over a year ago. It’s been a privilege to provide fair and accurate reporting for a Colorado audience. We are always looking for ways to do it better, and the redesign of our website is part of that mission.
Let us know what you think. We always want to hear from you. We couldn’t do what we do without your support, and we thank you for your readership.
