Brian Urlacher

Brian Urlacher is a professor and Political Science & Public Administration department chair at the University of North Dakota. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut in 2007. He also earned a M.P.A. from the University of South Dakota and worked with the NGO Transparency International.
