Phillip Roybal

Phillip Roybal is currently the Youth Justice Organizing Manager at Colorado Circles for Change in partnership with the National Center for Youth Law. He is also a licensed healthcare professional and has clinical experience as an athletic trainer in both high school and collegiate level settings as well general medical and orthopedic clinical settings. Roybal was committed to the Department of Youth Corrections at the age of 15 and sentenced to the Department of Corrections at the age of 22. Roybal’s goal is to abolish the school-to-prison pipeline and create stability in his community through advocacy and athletics.
