Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emfoff are due to visit Colorado today.

The visit is part of a tour to tout the recently enacted $1.9 trillion pandemic relief package.

Harris plans to visit a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Plan De Salud Del Valle in Fort Lupton and to attend a “listening session” with small business owners at Maria Empanada in Denver.

The COVID-relief promotion tour, called “Help is Here” by the White House, included a stop by Harris and Emhoff on Monday in Nevada. President Joe Biden is also traveling as part of the tour.

The relief package is expected to provide a total of more than $17 billion in direct aid to individuals and government entities in Colorado, according to independent analyses and estimates provided by members of its congressional delegation.
